well tonight before our evening service we met at church and went out to evangelize..
I was perfectly fine until about 4:55 pm. We were to meet at the church at 5:30. All of a sudden I began to have this horrible burning like an infection or something. I was on fire and in pain. I said, no devil i am not gonna stay home. I am going whether I am on fire or not. Well, I got to the church and we met to pray first. I asked the Lord to show me where to go that they needed to hear from him. I did not want to just go knock on doors.
A friend at church wanted to go with my husband and me. As we were leaving I took a stack of cards from people who had attended the services at the church b4. Sue said lets just go to these apts. I said here are some cards of people that have come and are interested in God. so we chose one and went.
all of a sudden my arm started swelling up. Literally whelps on it. HEAT ON MY ARM. I told them look at this.
Again I said devil i rebuke you in Jesus name you will not stop me. we went on and came to this woman's house.
She came to the door apprehensively. as we stated talking to her she began to cry.
I want to tell you about her house. She had devils in her flowerbeds for Halloween. she had ghost and pumpkins all around her house. The door bell was a witch. she had come to our church in may with a friend but he was a man who went for show and lived like the devil. He did not live for God. well she did not go back because this man hurt her. We asked to pray with her. she said no that's ok. We did not give up but told her that men will hurt you but not to give up on the Lord. we finally got her to let us in to pray for her. She broke down and said she had been praying for help and God sent us. But inside her house, oh my gosh, I have never seen what i saw in there. She had a life size green witch in the middle of her living room. It held a crystal ball with a skeleton in side it. She said she had been so depressed lately. I said well look what you have in your house!!!!
The devil is looking right at you. WE OPEN WINDOWS FOR THE DEVIL TO COME IN WHEN WE PUT THIS JUNK IN OUR HOMES. I told her get that thing out of here. We laid hands on her. She was having health problems. we prayed for that too. My hubby used to be her mailman. He told her he remembered her because she was always smiling. He loved to give her her mail because she beamed/ That made her feel so good. This woman had a 7yr old daughter. Her oldest daughter had bought her the witch for the baby. can you believe it. That would cause anyone to have nightmares. well to make this story shorter she felt good and we went away she thanked us for the prayers.
We had the cards in hand. We were going to this one house and my hubby said no. Now mind you he was driving. We had the cards. He said we are going to this address. So we said well alright. LOL.
We got to this woman's door and she had just been in the bathroom drying her hair and asking God to send someone to her to pray for her. She was being attacked through her back, and was in much pain. She said I can not believe it. Not even 5 minutes ago I asked God to send me someone and here you are. She greeted us and we listened to her and prayed. Before we left we laid hands on her and she told us the pain left her. Well guess what? The swelling in my arm went down and the heat was gone. This was a miracle once again. God answered my prayers to send to to houses that wanted to hear from the Lord. I did not give into my flesh and stay home. I know that is what the enemy wanted me to do.
We left our numbers and told both these ladies they could cal us and we would be happy to do what ever we could to help them, as far as transportation to services etc. Praise God. She said I was asking God also to send me Christian friends, not of this world, the woman was spirit filled but new to area and had only met worldly people. She knew that God had sent us. I am so thankful that my hubby heard the voice of the Lord choose the ones we were to see.
Well, this is just another testimony of how good our God is. God bless you all. Laurie

Whoohooo...love it! God bless the woman that opened their doors to you an your group. With Halloween just around the corner I'm sure we will be seeing many posts on this subject. It's hard to convince people that the cute little witches and jack-o-lanterns they set out only open the door to the enemy. I best not get started....plenty of time for that later. LOL Laurie I love your witnessing posts, keep em' coming sis.

Wow Laurie,What a Testimoniue you shared here with us.
I am so greatful you was able too witness too them ladies my friend.
They needed too hear the truth,and about the holloween they let in their house.
If they only new how the enimy comes in.
Just like at the mall Laurie.
They have this store up called spencers!!I rebuke it in the name of Jesus.I do not know if the security is watching through the camera,but i9 do not care.It is all evil and full of watch craft.
It brings in evil i tell you.

Kenny, our mall has a Spencers too. The devil has a store in the mall, in other words. One day as Terri and I were passing by she felt the presence of demons just passing by the door. Such evil in this world. I guess we shouldn't be surprised. Satan is the ruler of this world right now. But just for a little while. We know the way the story ends,don't we? Love and prayers. Dee

Amen, Delurad. I thank God we are not of this world but transformed into his likeness.
It is amazing to me that she could have that thing in her house and have her bible right next to it on the table and tell me she reads the word every day. anyone that has the spirit of the Lord living in them should separate themselves from the wickedness of such a thing. We are all at different places in our walk I just pray God shows her how this opens windows to evil works.
