six years ago on January 6th I became very ill suddenly with horrible pains in my stomach and going around my back.
I fought it for a few hours but then my husband made me go to hospital for i couldn't stand up it was so severe and throwing up constantly.
well, catscan and MRI and bloodwork showed I had a severe case of pancreatitis, one that kept me on PTN feedbag for 6 months, nothing by mouth at all. i was in hospital 55 days.
But my blessing was this, GOD " allowed " me to get pancreatitis, for upon going through the catscans and MRI, they found I had kidney cancer. I had no signs of this at all!!!
They couldn't operate right away for my pancreas was in such terrible condition, but o April 29th of 2003 they did operate.
they removed 20% of my right kidney and took out my gall bladder also, thinking this is maybe the cause of my pancreatitis.
I recouped fast as far asthe kidney surgery but like I said, was on TPN bag til end of September that year.
I have had 2 short bouts of pangratitis since, last one 3 years ago. They never found reason for it, ever. Usually it is drugs, drinking, gall bladder, none which fit me. So I have always said and believe with my whole heart, GOD allowed me to get it so they would find my cancer while it was in early stage.
I get catscans every year yet, and so far no sings of returning cancer. PRAISE GOD!

Hi catlady,
That is an amazing story catlady! The Lord is great and His ways are mysterious sometimes. In this case, it looks like the Lord blessed you to find the cancer. How great God is!!! I am so glad you have recovered from the trauma, that kept you down for sooo long.

Ohh Jenine how fantastic!! God works in mysterious and amazing ways. What is so beautiful about your miracle is that you could see, through all the pain you went through, that God was taking care of you. We can learn a lot from your testimony sister. That God has always got our best interests at heart and works in ways we have no way of knowing until the storm has passed. We can never lose faith, no matter how things look or feel. Everything God does is done in His own timing and done in absolute perfection. Thanks Jenine for sharing.

WHAT A GREAT REPORT, YES WE SERVE A AWESOME GOD WHO TAKES CARE OF HIS OWN.JUST FOR TRUSTING AND BELIVING HE WILL DO WHAT HE TELLS US IN HIS WORD HE WILL DO, IF WE ONLY TRUST AND BELIVE.
YES I BELIVE ALSO HE ALLOWS THINGS TO HAPPEN TO US FOR A GREAT CAUSE .
I JUST WENT THROUGH IT THE OTHER DAY, THE LORD SENT OUR GRANDSON HERE FOR A REASON WE DID NOT KNOW OF. HE JUST STOPED BY TO SAY HI, AND HAD NO PLANS ON COMING HER WHEN HE LEFT FOR WORK THAT DAY, BUT WHEN HE LEFT HE CALLED HIS WIFE MY GRAND DAUGHTER TO TELL HER HE WAS GOING TO STOP BY AND SAY HI TO GRANDMA AND GRANDPA, AND WE LIVE ABOUT 10 MILES FROM WHERE THEY LIVE.. WE WERE JUST SETTING AROUND VISISTING WHEN MY HUBBY SAID MAYBE JAMIE COULD LOOK AT YOUR COMPUTER AND SEE WHAT IS WRONG, AND PRASIE THE lORD HE DID AS HE FELT OUR OUT LET PLUG THAT I HAVE PC PLUGED IN AND IT WAS VERY HOT, SO HE CHECKED IT OUT AND IT WAS DARK BROWN LIKE BURNT AND SMELLED, SO IF THAT WASN'T GOD AT WORK HERE I WILL NEVER BELIVE OTHER WISE. IF JAMIE HADN'T OF STOPED IN , OUR HOUSE COULD OF BURNED DOWN.. HE FIXED IT AND HAS BEEN OK SINCE.. THIS WAS LAST WEEKEND. SO YES HONEY GOD DOSE WORK IN MYSTRYIEST WAYS, AND ALLOES THINGS TO HAPPEN FOR A REASON, AND WE GIVE HIM ALL THE GLORY. AMEN
