God only promises us today. We don't know what is ahead of us. But God knows he doesn't aleays show us. what is in store for us or even if we will have tomorrow. So we should live our lives as if each day is our last. How terrible it would be to live your whole life and in the end be full of regret. What a privilege we have as Christians we don't have to trust in ourselves or any resolutions. There really is no such thing as luck. For God is a God of order and plan. He knows us better then we know ourselves, he even know us before we were born. WE CAN TRUST IN THE LORD. The words in the vese are so very comforting The Lord knows the plans he has for us. Just that he knows ,I also am reminded of the verse when Abraham ask who he was and God answered " I am that I am " he is and we are isn't that so profound any yet amazing at the same time. When I look at the vastness of the uniuerse that Lord God created I am over whelmed with His love for me, what comfort ,what pease and yes what joy. to think that he would have sent his son to die just for you and for me. We can daily go to God and ask for forgiveness and he wipes the state clean. as frist John 1:19 reads "if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrightrsuness" That verse is written to believers What a wonderful promise we have. Isn't this the way to start the day or end the day? With our sins confessed and forgiven the word of God also says that for as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him as far as the east is from the west so far hath he removed our transgressions from us Psalm 103:11-12 Always remember that the Lord God is fathful and Just but most importantly God is LOVE. Love is a verb an action word so day lets trust the Lord to lead and guide us and love us
May God's love be with each one of you today

Amen Rev Bob!
God gives us SO much, yet we've done nothing to deserve a single bit of it! His love, mercy, comfort and grace is never ending! Thank You Father for Your amazing love and forgiveness. Thank You that all You want is to have a relationship with us...to know us, and trust in You!
"I will never leave you nor forsake you." (Hb 13.5-6)

Life without God is like an unsharpened pencil- it has no point.
Hebrews 11:1 (NIV) Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

Hallelujah Rev Bob!!
What a wonderful message. I love the way you put this. Live today like it is your last. I know I have a few sins from the day that I forget to ask God for forgiveness for in my nightly prayers. If I didn't wake up tomorrow I know He has forgiven me but you have reminded me of the importance of being faithful. Thank you brother Bob!
love, terri
