Christ In Pogo’s New ‘Concern’ policy
As this ministry is growing we find that we must address the way ‘concerns’ brought to the Leadership Team at Christ In Pogo are handled. If you have a ‘concern’ that needs to be brought to the attention of the Team, the concern will now be handled as follows.
1 ) If you have a concern about any of the outreaches & programs or members in Christ In Pogo please fill in the form at www.christinpogo.com/contact.htm and submit it to us.
2 ) Your concern will be read by the Team Leaders and then brought before the leadership team for suggestions and input on how to handle the concern according to God’s Word. Our leadership team will keep the concern in total confidence and will not discuss it or share it with any other members of the ministry. The concern will be held in the strictest of confidence within the elders (leadership team) here at Christ In Pogo. Your name will not be brought up to the team unless you wish for it to be. After the team has brought forth their input, and after bringing it to God in prayer, we as a team will discuss it and address the issue in the proper manner according to the way God would have us to address it and solve it.
3 ) If after the issue (concern) is addressed and if by some chance it does not solve the concern, you may request a time for the concern to be brought before the team in a live meeting in the prayer room where you may ask questions and share your concerns.
4 ) With the membership nearing 2000 members and continuing to grow, and after careful consideration and prayer, along with problems stemming from past concerns, have come to this solution to be able to bring this ministry more in-line with how God would want these concerns handled. This is His ministry and we will stand by His Word in handling concerns and with everything we do here. We strive to glorify our heavenly Father in everything that goes on within these walls at Christ In Pogo, just as any Church would handle concerns within a congregation.
Thank-you!
Phillipians 1:20-21 - I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain!

Life without God is like an unsharpened pencil- it has no point.
Hebrews 11:1 (NIV) Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.
